Information we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, project address or city, project type and brief, and optionally your company name and phone number.
• Consultation bookings: the name, email address and any notes you enter in the Google Calendar booking form.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email or tell us by phone, including résumés sent to our careers address.
• Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic request data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and running, and anonymous usage and performance statistics (see Cookies and tracking).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To schedule and hold consultations.
• To prepare estimates, proposals and contracts, and to manage a project if we work together.
• To keep business records required by law.
• To understand how the website is used and keep it fast and reliable.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.

Your consent

When you submit the enquiry form, you are asked to agree to this policy. That consent covers the uses described above. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we will then stop using your information, except where we must keep records for legal or contractual reasons.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which do not use cookies, to understand how the website is used and how quickly it loads: for example, which pages are visited, which website referred the visit, the visitor’s country, device and browser type, and page load times. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you or to follow you across other websites. The booking calendar is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads; Google’s use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages open those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only when needed to provide our services: with the service providers that host our website and store enquiries (Vercel and Google Firebase), with Google Calendar for bookings, with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. Our providers may store information in Canada, the United States or other countries, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are reviewed and deleted periodically.

How we protect it

Information sent through this website is encrypted in transit. Stored enquiries can be accessed only by authorised Titan Hawk staff through a password-protected system.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent. Email info@titanhawk.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
