Scope of work
The general contracting scope included layout and framing, mechanical and HVAC, electrical and plumbing, cook line with vertical shawarma rotisseries under a Type 1 hood, open assembly counter with hot and cold wells, walk-in cooler, branded red-and-black millwork and feature wall, digital menu boards, flooring and finishes to the franchise package.
Project delivery
A completed Osmow’s location delivered in nine weeks, with an open assembly counter and digital menu board wall.
