Scope of work
The general contracting scope included demolition and strip-out, framing and drywall, mechanical and HVAC, electrical and plumbing, commercial kitchen with grill and fry line under exhaust, full service bar with back-bar and draught system, dining room millwork and seating, AV provisions, washrooms, flooring and finishes.
The location is a conversion of an existing main-street building, so the interior was stripped back before the new layout went in.
Project delivery
A completed pub and grill within an existing main-street building, with the kitchen and bar operational after an 11-week build.
