Scope of work
The general contracting scope included layout, framing and acoustic separation, mechanical and HVAC, electrical including dedicated circuits for the clinic's treatment equipment, plumbing, private treatment rooms, reception millwork and logo feature wall, patient lounge, accessible washroom, flooring and finishes.
The brief was a deliberately non-clinical, spa-quality interior on a healthcare build.
Project delivery
An 850 sq ft clinic completed in eight weeks, with private treatment rooms, a patient lounge and a finished reception area.
