We examine the site, drawings and construction requirements as the design develops. Structural decisions, building services and interior details need to work together, with questions resolved by the appropriate members of the design team.
Clients can engage us alongside an appointed architect or discuss a design-build scope from an earlier stage.
Work through the detail before installation
Cabinetry, flooring, stone and lighting meet within the same rooms. Their dimensions, junctions and installation requirements need to be coordinated for the finished interior to read as intended.
We work with the trades on those interfaces and review workmanship against the project drawings and specification.
Make selections with the budget and schedule in view
Material and fixture selections affect procurement as well as appearance. We explain allowances, lead times and the implications of changes so the homeowner can make decisions with the full construction picture in view.
Plan the complete scope
The appointment can cover design coordination, permits, site preparation, structural work and interior finishing. Exterior works, landscaping, handover requirements and applicable warranty arrangements are established for the individual project.
