Titan Hawk manages the information, decisions and approvals behind a construction project. Our role is to keep the owner informed, the team coordinated and the next stage of work properly prepared.
A schedule tied to the work
Drawings, approvals, material orders and site activities depend on one another. We track those connections, review progress and identify decisions affecting the next milestone.
When circumstances change, the schedule needs a considered response: what can proceed, what must wait and what the revised sequence means for completion.
Control the scope of a change
We track costs against the agreed work and review proposed changes with the client. A change should identify the work involved, its price and any effect on the construction sequence before the owner commits.
Coordinate permit submissions
We organise application information with the relevant designers, consultants and municipal contacts, and follow up on review comments and outstanding requirements.
Approval rests with the responsible authority. Application and review periods are accounted for in planning the work.
Maintain a useful project record
Progress reports, outstanding decisions and completion items give the owner a record of where the project stands. Our management scope can cover:
- Construction schedules and milestone tracking.
- Budget monitoring and proposed changes.
- Consultant, contractor and trade coordination.
- Permit submissions and review responses.
- Workmanship reviews and handover coordination.
