Our current portfolio brings together 24 completed projects from 2020 to 2025. It includes restaurant and café fit-outs, retail construction, clinic interiors, beauty spaces and a pet care facility.
Experience across different operating requirements
At OEB in Toronto, the restaurant build was coordinated around an occupied condominium. Dollar Tree in Bolton combined exterior construction with a 4,500 sq ft retail interior. Dogtopia in Scarborough required separated playrooms, ventilation provisions and washdown flooring.
These projects show how the construction scope changes with the business, the property and the systems it needs.
Work across multiple locations
The portfolio includes four Tipsy Fox locations, two Kinton Ramen restaurants and two Osmow’s fit-outs. Kinton’s London and Burlington builds were delivered in the same period, with shared procurement supporting consistent execution.
